When we met to discuss marketing strategies, Sweet Berry Farm was expanding the physical space of their market. They intended to use the space host events and attract a broader customer base. The purpose of the e-newsletter was to help personalize the farm experience for customers, increase event attendance, and grow sales at the market and pick-your-own fruit. We created a monthly email campaign that provides farm news, interviews with farm staff for a behind-the-scenes look, and upcoming event information. Results: The newsletter produced an open rate 30% higher than industry standard.
